• Eltel increases market share with new maintenance contracts with the Finnish railways


    Eltel has signed five year maintenance contracts of electrified railways and medium voltage systems in the south and west regions in Finland. Company’s background goes back to 1966 when Eltel started the electrification of railways in Finland and 2006 when the first maintenance contracts were signed.

  • Eltel signs a major two-year contract with a leading Nordic teleoperator


    Eltel and TeliaSonera have signed a new two-year contract for 2013−2014. This will secure Eltel’s position to deliver build, connect and care services in Sweden. The new contract will grow Eltel’s market share.

  • Eltel’s power transmission business contracts EUR 50 million projects


    Eltel Networks has started execution of two large power transmission projects in Poland. The total value of the contracts is apprx. EUR 50 million. Customer in both cases is the Polish Power Grid Operator, PSE Operator SA.

  • Eltel to build charging infrastructure


    32 power utilities have established a joint operator to coordinate the use of charging stations in Finland. The total investment is estimated to amount to EUR 1,1 billion by the year 2030. Eltel has installed the first fast charging stations.

  • NCC infra and Eltel to build wind power plants in Finland


    Taaleritehdas Group and NCC Rakennus have signed a cooperation agreement to build 11 wind power parks in 2012-2015. Total value of the investment is EUR 60 million. NCC will be the prime contractor for construction works and Eltel will act as their subcontractor to install electricity and data cabling, planning and electricity systems.

  • Eltel wins new contracts and customers in Denmark


    Eltel has convinced the markets and wins new contracts in Denmark. Post Danmark chose Eltel as its exclusive supplier in electricity works in an EU-tender. Eltel and Cisco signed a contract with Copenhagen Municipality for network solutions and technology. And Region Syddanmark enters a contract with Eltel to build a telephone platform across the region.
