    Eltel Networks Infranet AB signed a framework agreement with Swedish Defense Material Administration (locally FMV), as a sole supplier, concerning the installation of so called function object. The framework contract is for three years with an option for another year and includes an estimated 98,000 hours.

  • Eltel Power Transmission wins a project in Vietnam

    Eltel’s Power Transmission business unit has won a multi million euro contract with Northern Power Corporation, NPC, in Vietnam. The new contract is continuation to Eltel’s earlier project in Vietnam in 2004−2005.

  • Eltel takes care of Fingrid’s transmission line maintenance

    Fingrid and Eltel signed 18th of November a three-year contract concerning maintenance of the main transmission lines in Finland. The contract covers the Häme-Uusimaa, Eastern Finland, Northern Finland and Lapland regions. New agreement will take effect at the beginning of 2012.

  • Eltel upgrades railway communication in Denmark

    Eltel is selected to operate the upcoming digital radio system at all Banedanmark railway lines in Denmark. The contract was won in an EU tender and triggers in Danish crowns a three-digit million amount, over the next five years.

  • Eltel Networks completes 400 kV power line in Poland

    Eltel Networks has completed a 400 kV double circuit power line in Poland. The customer was the Polish grid operator - Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne Operator S.A. through its subsidiary - Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne - Zachód S.A. The new line connects Kromolice and Pątnów and its length is 76 km. The project included also dissassembly of an old 220kV overhead line. The project was completed in one year, which is a very short time for this kind of project.

  • Eltel Networks S.A. builds urban broadband network in Poland

    On November 4th 2011, Eltel Networks S.A. signed a contract with the representatives of City Hall for building broadband MAN (Metropolitan Area Network) in Rybnik, Poland.
