  • Eltel wins another big contract from Fingrid

    Eltel Transmission in Finland signs a second major contract with Fingrid at the end of 2012. A new 87 km 110 kV transmission line in the east of Finland to be completed by June 2015.

  • Eltel tests new method to install electricity cables in Finland

    Eltel tests new installation method of medium voltage (MV) electricity cables along roads with Elenia Networks (former Vattenfall Networks) in Finland. A totally new level of efficiency has been achieved by using a special trenching machine provided by the French company Marais.

  • Eltel reports another record year in 2012

    Eltel experienced another strong year in 2012. Sales totalled EUR 1.149 million, an increase of 13,6% compared to the previous year (1.011). The growth was achieved organically. Both the electricity and telecommunications sectors showed strong figures.
